At Pawlyric, we process orders on business days, specifically Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time. It is important to note that our order processing does not take place on holidays observed by the Post Office. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

However, please take into consideration the potential delays that may occur during holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. ORDER TRACKING
Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to track your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that it may take approximately 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If, for any reason, you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking link, we kindly request that you double-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK folder, as sometimes important notifications may end up there.
In the event that you attempt to track your package and find no information available, it simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Rest assured that once your package is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If your estimated arrival date has passed and you have not yet received your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and will take care of any concerns regarding your shipment.

SHIPPING COST CALCULATION?
The cost of shipping can vary depending on the shipping destination and the store’s policy. To get an accurate estimate of your shipping charges, simply add your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The shipping cost will then be automatically calculated and displayed in your total cost.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS?
We offer worldwide shipping, so you can receive your items no matter where you are.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
PO BOXES AND MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do accept shipments to PO Boxes, but we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
VAT TAXES?
Please note that items shipped internationally from the US we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
